This is a MOPAR OEM 5.9L CUMMINS 24V Diesel Torque Converter Cooler.

A Tech Tip in our Star Parts says:
When replacing this oil cooler, also order the trans oil cooler line p/n -52028920AH. Instructions for installation of the trans cooler line are listed below.1. Remove existing TOC Line (52028920XX).2. Obtain new TOC Line PN 52028920AH.3. Hand-start the tube nut at the trans end first.4. Then hand-start the other end at the engine mounted cooler fitting.5. Use due care to ensure that the hose portion of the new line is not contorted/twisted as fittings are torqued.6. Secure fitting at the trans end first to 280 +/- 10 in. lbs.7. Secure fitting at the cooler end to 280 +/- 10 in. lbs.8. Check trans fluid level and top off as required.
